 I was able to get the installation package for android. 
It is under: "....\android-build-release-signed.apk"

I tried installing it on my tablet and it works. I had to uninstall the previous versions, then save the .apk file in google drive, then open it on my tablet through there. Also, because it is an unlicensed app, you need to make sure that you do this:

"Enable Installations from Unknown Sources: Android devices do not allow installations from unknown sources by default for security reasons. Users will need to enable this option in their device settings under Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Install unknown apps and then select the app (like a browser or file manager) they will use to open the APK file."
